Welcome to Land Park Soccer Club Refereeing!
The upcoming 2024 season is here! We are preparing for you to join our team of referees. We have a terrific youth referee development program and provide support throughout the season to help them progress while earning extra money through the fall season.
For the 2024 Season we will be moving to Assignr.com as the club game assignment and communication platform. Please create an account connect to the Land Park Soccer Club Assignr Site and download the app to your phone. For NEW REFEREES 13 years old or older, Please see the New Referee Page for more information on getting licensed for the upcoming season. You will need to create an account at the US Soccer Learning Center (learning.ussoccer.com) and find a list of available courses in the Courses tab. If you do not see any courses that work for you, please reach out to our Head Referee (below) NOTE: Please be sure to complete ALL video assignments PRIOR to the field session. Please send me an email once you have completed your field session, for additional instructions.
If you want to referee but are 12 years old at the start of the season, please see the instructions on the New Referee Page.
For returning referees, please check in with the US Soccer Learning Center to get ANY updates needed for your license, for example Safesport training. It is your responsibility to make sure your license is active. Text or email me with any questions.
If you have any friends who will get certified and referee for Land Park Soccer Club, please have them contact me.
We will have a club referee meeting on Sunday August 11, 2024 at Round Table Pizza (address 1307 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA 95831) starting at 4:30pm and it should not be longer than an hour. We will discuss referee pay, fields information, procedures for the season, the u12 program and rule changes. Pizza will be provided.
We will also have Zoom sessions covering the specific rules for EACH age group. I will email the link and post it on the website.
