Welcome to Land Park Soccer Club Refereeing!
The upcoming 2025 season will soon be here! We are preparing for you to join our team of referees. We have a terrific youth referee development program and provide support throughout the season to help them progress while earning extra money through the fall season. Our primary emphasis as a recreational club is progression and development of our referees.
Our Season start in July for referee classes and a club meeting. We start game play usually in August. If you are interested in refereeing opportunities ahead of that please contact Smantha Moos at California North Referee Association at [email protected], for more information on spring league and tournaments.
For the 2025 Season we will continue to use Assignr.com as the club game assignment and communication platform. We are updating our referee accounts for the coming season. Please email the Head Referee, Rob Meyer, if you are interested in refereeing in the coming season.
For NEW REFEREES 13 years old or older, please see the New Referee Page for more information on getting licensed for the upcoming season. You will need to create an account at the US Soccer Learning Center (learning.ussoccer.com) and find a list of available courses in the Courses tab. If you do not see any courses that work for you, please reach out to our Head Referee (below) NOTE: Please be sure to complete ALL video assignments PRIOR to the field session. Please send me an email once you have completed your field session, for additional instructions.
If you want to referee but are 12 years old at the start of the season, please see the instructions on the New Referee Page. We will have a U8 field session for any referees interested in refereeing U8 games; the field session will be scheduled for late July or Early August to meet the start of play. More information will be provided in June 2025.
For returning referees, please check in with the US Soccer Learning Center to get ANY updates needed for your license, for example Safesport training. It is your responsibility to make sure your license is active. Text or email me with any questions.

We will also have Zoom sessions covering the specific rules for EACH age group. I will email the link and post it on the website.
